Customer Service Representative

This individual is a self-starter, organized, and outgoing and will help make the life of everyone around them a little bit easier! This person can be compassionate with clients who need help with a claim, understanding with questions and billing-related issues and doesn’t get defeated or down on themselves when they make a mistake but won’t repeat it either. They can follow a proven framework for success and they are motivated by commission opportunities. They are the voice of our promise to clients.
As our agency grows and our customer care team is built there will be opportunities to expand your roles and responsibilities along with your compensation and benefits.
This is an in-office position with remote capabilities. You must have your P&C Insurance license or be willing to obtain it prior to your start date.
This is a salaried-based position with ample opportunity for growth and additional compensation.

Your primary role would be to write and retain profitable business through lead generation. The secondary roles and responsibilities are completely up to the individual and how they would like to grow in the company. As the agency continues to expand the future leadership positions will be filled from within.
